A website with Flash content which provides an introduction and context to the photographs and lives of the Scottish photographers David Octavius Hill and Robert Adamson and their remarkable contribution to the history of photography as an art form. Aimed at tertiary level history of photography / art students and researchers.

Personal interest and research.

Providing a historical context for Hill and Adamson’s work and allowing it to be seen as a number of distinct bodies of work.

How will they improve on previous methods of teaching this topic?

More visually rich and providing a wider historical framework.

Searching the Scran site and refinding resources. What did I do? I persisted.
