This starter is an introduction to the work of Scottish artist, William McCance. William McCance was born in Glasgow in 1894. He studied at Glasgow School of Art from 1911 until 1915. Today he is most famous for his machine-inspired, abstract style. The following slides are designed to stimulate discussion and understanding of McCance's work.
